Regular meetings are held every week on Monday, except for the first Monday of the month, from 7:00PM till 8:30PM at the Halfmoon Township building.
Patrol Leaders Council and Planning Committee meetings are on the first Monday of the month at the Halfmoon Township building from 7:00PM until 8:30PM. Parents are welcome to attend these meetings if they would like to make a suggestion for an event or if they would like to voice any concerns that they may have. The patrol leaders council consists of all the patrol leaders, the senior patrol leader and his assistant. If a patrol leader is unable to attend the meeting the assistant for that patrol should attend.
